  Intensity shuttle dropping frames even when viewing

  I have an Alienware Aurora R3, i7 2600k with built in USB 3 (NEC Renesas) ports with raid using a P67. I need to convert many analog formats to digital with the Intensity Shuttle but have major dropping of frames.

  It connected fine. Raid performance was fine on speedtest.

  I have just updated to the latest Blackmagic software 8.01 and renesas driver update which was releast last weak hoping to solve this. driver 2.1.16.0 and firmware to 3027.

  Still dropping frames using various input devices at 8 bits. I suspect the usb 3 port although it seems to be ok.

  What can i do now?? Is there any way to test the usb’s throughput?
