I’ve found a supplier called Post-technology who offer 1.5U and 2U Rackmount Ultrascope systems, anyone used one? I’ve tried getting more info but nothing back yet…or, if anyone has a detailed spec of a quiet as possible rackmount solution, that would be an enormous help..

A company with no phone #, no address, no contact names, no contact email, no pricing, no e-commerce to buy it ?

I think they are long out of business.

Stick a HP Z400 on a rack shelf, and you have a rack mounted Ultrascope. Besides, you still need a big ass DVI monitor that can support 1920×1080 minimum to see all 6 screens anyway.

I just got an email response from them, so they seem to be around.. It’s not the screen I’m concerned about I have one ready, it’s yet another machine taking up room and making a racket, I’m after a super quiet rack-mount which will fit into one of AKA Edit desk slots…

the HP Z400 is super quiet. It’s just a normal tower PC workstation from HP. It’s not expensive, and it works great, AND it’s certified to work (and I have used it for Ultrascope almost every install).

Yep, but I’m looking for a rack mount solution, not a tower…
