  Media Express 2 REQ

  in Media Express 2 need the ability to capture and playback DV format
  and ability to capture and playback audio in WAV without video.

  I’d really, really like to have the ability to play mpeg files in MediaExpress. A basic clip trimmer would be really nice too. If it could do this we’d buy a tonne of decklink cards.

  so when will the version MediaExpress with support for different formats?

  Yup – Mpeg2 is the standard all of our stations currently use. If we could capture and playback mpeg2 files we could replace every VTR machine we have with decklink suites.
