  CS5 problems

  Hello, having some issues on Windows 7 64 bit Premiere Pro CS5. I can not get any playback on the program windows. Source plays fine but anything on the timeline just refuses to play. DV works fine. Using latest 7.6.2 drivers…

  Me, too. Just unwrapped and installed and been playng for an hour or so. Thought it might be some setting I hadn’t found, but maybe not…

  Hi Brett,

  Can you list out more details about your hardware? What graphics card is installed in your PC?

  What is the format of video you’re playing? Is it a Quicktime .MOV? Is it uncompressed 10-bit AVI?

  Also, which Blackmagic Design product is installed in your system?

  I began again. It works as expected for me (playing both source and program monitor through the BM output) but you have to select the BM player in the “Player” options in general preferences.

  You probably have to disable the stop on dropped framed option in Premiere.
