  Is there a way to use the card for HMDI in and SD analog out in real-time? I can do HDMI to Analog Component at HD resolution works but I am trying to get it to output to SD resolution it any analog format.

  Hi

  Not while you’re capturing. But if you’re playing back a HD clip, you can able down conversion in the Blackmagic preference pane to get SD output.

  Yeah on playback every possibility works but I was hoping for real time to use it as a scan converter for computer display in to SD out. I guess I can upgrade my TriCaster to an XD300 or purchase a scan converter if this is the way I need to go.
  Was hoping one of you BMD gurus had a trick up your sleeve 🙂
