  Intensity Pro- Capture 1080I to 720P How To?

  Hello All,

  I have had generally good experience with the Intensity Pro card. But I now would like to change my
  HDV 1080I to 720P using ProRes. Can this be done during capture? I have tried to make some custom Easy Setups but
  the capture settings seem to default back to 1080I, which is what is coming off the camera (Canon HV20)

  My mission is to work in ProRes 720P in the FCP timeline. previously I work in 1080I and output the
  project through Compressor at 720P.

  I hope I am making sense and appreciate any advise.

  Hope you see this..

  I’m wondering if you got this workflow worked out? This is exactly what I’d like to do. I figure, if all my output is 720p, why am I killing my machine working on 1080i footage.
