  VideoHub not working

  Hello,

  I just downloaded the new VideoHub version 3.0 to upgrade our software and now it doesnt work even in the MacPro which is USB connected. All texts grey out.

  I installed previous version and nothing.

  I installed the server at my laptop (Leopard) and after connecting the USB to my comp… nothing at the GUI VideoHub.

  I installed VideoHub v3 in a winserver 2003 and when I plugged the usb calbe it recognizes the device, install the drivers (v3) and when launch the GUI and saying use local connected… nothing, still grey out.

  If I try to upgrade firmware (lastest was 2.3.1 I guess) to v3 it says no device present.

  When at MacPro, if I telnet localhost port 9990 I got answer from VideoHub deamon.
  At my laptop, doing the same, I got answer too, saying no device present, the fun thing is when I UNPLUG the device, it says “No device present” and when I plug it again it says nothing.

  I used up to 4 USB cables, all of them working with other devices.

  Also I power cycle VideoHub….

  Any tip about what is going on??

  Update:

  After talking with support they are gonna send a replacement.

  Anyway if anyone has any idea please feel free to tell me… 🙂
