Decklink output to Brodacast Monitor on windows
Hi all,
I wana know wheather its possible if I wana see the dircet video output to Broadcast Monitor on widows plateform using windows media player. However I can do this using Premier pro, but I need some light programme for this ….
if it is possible then pls help me….

I had tried searching before posting the same question and didn’t see your post at first.
Wondering if you found a way to do this?
It was a feature of my Matrox APVe that I really found useful.
BM emphatically claims that Matrox video cards are not compatible with Decklink so my Decklink system was setup without one.
I had assumed the incompatibilities might be due to conflicts of the same feature we are looking for.
Matrox used a DirectShow filter that automatically came up in the graph whenever a video was being rendered. The only caveats where that some colorspaces were not valid for the Matrox filter.
With that I was able to use MPC, VLC, WinAmp, Media Player, Nuendo, and a few other players/applications to output the video to either an HD or SD monitor (Composite, S-Video, Component) simultaneously.
Looking to do the same with a Decklink HD Extreme through the Y/C outputs.

So I take it this isn’t possible with the current drivers/software from BM.
If this is true, what is the conflict with the Matrox APVe ?
ALL Matrox cards are being listed as incompatible but is this due to no testing done, software or hardware conflict?I only ask about the Matrox as it’s the only card on the market that allows dual head DVI with a third separate Video Out for this purpose. And it works.
ATI Theater Mode and Nvidia’s equivalent have had long standing issues with doing this plus only provide a single monitor + video out capability.
