  BM tech Support disappointing

  I sent Black magic Support a couple of questions thru their web site
  that was 5 days ago and still no one answered
  I find that very strange, any Ideas where I could go, or what should I do.
  I like my BM extreme card and I hate returning it to the dealer.

  I did but no body answered. I should try again.

  I lost the waveform on the audio strips.

  Every time I restart the computer I have to reset the display for the screens

  My monitor have R G B in and out. can you please tell me how to hook it up to the BM hd extreme

  upgraded to Mac pro, fcp 5.1.2 and BM hd Extreme.

  That is all

  I still think that BM needs to answer it’s clients I was told that their competitor AJA is doing better at that.
