  PremierePro source Viewers don’t work in BM-DV-NTSC

  This has been a problem for us since the summer.

  On all 4 BM systems, the source viewers in a BlackMagic DV jobs do not work. They neither play out the Decklink SDI cable, nor update on the desktop beyond a few frames. The audio plays fine.

  The program viewers are fine. 8 bit jobs are fine with the same DV source clips.

  Any ideas?

  Decklink HD 422 pci, Tyan s2895s with Opteron 250, 4gig ram, Nvideo 6800 graphics.

  The only workaround I’ve found is turning all graphic accelleration off for the NVidia card.

  That STILL doesn’t give me source viewer output on the Black Magic card, only on the desktop. C’mon BM I can’t be alone on this.

  We believe that this is a Premiere related issue and are trying to see what we can do to work around it.

  I have the same situation.Has someone fixed the problem with the overlay ?
