    hello,

i want to use my projector as a third screen to my computer, specially for working with final cut. It would sufice if it double the image of my right flat screen actually, it is just for me to see the footage in big. For this I have bought a RGB phono to BNC cable which i have plugged into my projector , however I dont know which cable goes into which on the blackmagic side …. could you help me and tell whether what i am doing is actually possible?

    thank you so much

I assume that your projector will have component video inputs. They usually look like 3 RCA type inputs that are green, red and blue. You need to connect the Y-out of the cable to the Green input, the B-Y output of the Blue connector and the R-Y output to the red connector. Since the DeckLink HD Extreme uses BNC connectors, you might have to get some BNC-RCA adapters.
