Just installed the 5.7 drivers and was trying out the new MJPG codec. The capture I made going from a Beta SP deck through the component in has a strip on the right side about 10 pixels wide where the luminance is much brighter. On the scope it looks like about a 10 IRE shift.
I recaptured using the uncompressed codec and it looks fine.

    Hi,

Can you try the capture again? We’ve been capturing from Betacam SP UVW1800 with no problems and an external beta tester has also been doing this for weeks with no problems. I can’t understand how the codec would be involved and suspect it might be some other technicality.

I tried it several times with the same result. It looks exactly like the screengrab Claus-Peter posted.

    Hello,

If I render from an uncompressed 10 bit 4:2:2 timeline with 10 bit uncomporessed 4:2:2 files to the MJPEG when I want to master the video down as a backup. I get teh same problem precious a line going up the right side of the screen with a higher lumiance value.

    Thanks,

    Leo
