  Sometime Multibridge Extreme can’t capture

  I have a question about Decklink Multibridge Extreme PCIe.My host is G5dual 2.3GHZ/2G/MAC OS 10.4.6 .When the host run sometime.The Multibridge Extreme can’t capture.And no input and output in my host.I must shut down the power.Then I first make the Multibridge Extreme run sometime,and power on G5.So the Multibridge Extreme can work properly.It happens several times .
  This is my question, please help me.

  Hi,

  In order for the Multibridge Extreme to work with your G5, you must provide power to the Multibridge Extreme before you switch on your G5.

  If you switch on your G5 first and then power on your Multibridge Extreme, it will not work.

  Do you always switch on the Multibridge Extreme before you switch on your G5?

  yes,i know how to use it.I always power on the G5 before power on the multibridge,bur it also have that question,so sometime i don’t use it normally.

  Should be the other way around! Power on the Multibridge Extreme before powering the Mac.
