  Decklink Extreme and Sony DVW-790WSP camera?

  My client plan to shoot 16:9 video with this camera, and I am upset since I see picture elements is 1038(H) x 594(V) in its 16:9 option. Is it possible to capture this size via Decklink Extreme under Premiere Pro.
  Can anyone tell please

  Sorry, no way!

  Those 1038×504 pixels (in the 790WS NTSC version) are used only internally to get a larger chip area for 16:9, and still be able to switch to 4:3 if needed.

  They will not show up on the tape or even in the output of the DSP.
