  No video and audio input. Help!

  Hi,

  Yesterday everything was ok. Today I have only outputs(and deckcontrol). The weird thing is that I lost video+audio. I’ve also checked the card in a PC. The same symptom. HELP please.

  Hi,

  Can you provide more information such as system config, version of drivers, make of DeckLink card etc?

  If you’re using Final Cut Pro to capture, please make sure you configure it using the easy setups we provide in Final Cut Pro > Easy Setup..

  Thanks for the reply. My system is PM Dual 1,42GHz, 1GB RAM, OS X 10.4.4, Decklink Extreme, Driver 5.4.2, QuickTme 7.0.4, FCP 5.0.4., SONY Betacam SP UVW 1800P. I bought the card in august 2004 from B&H (NY). I always cofigure with the easy setups. Seems to me that something is wrong with the card. Could it be from the heat, ’cause I have 4 HDD, a PCI Firewire card and PCI Audiophile 192 inside the Mac.
