  Colour issues when transcoding

  After rendering a project in AECS5, that is dominantly Red/black/white & grey scale, i normally just use Adobe Media Encoder re-encode the larger original file into something like Apple720, which has been a safe way to make YouTube friendly file sizes for work. But this time no matter what i do the Red in my project turns to bright orange when attempting to re-encode using adobe media encoder. The original is a 1920x1080p 29.97 .mov 16bit colour project default setting. the original looks great and full beautiful red. but its 7.8gb and is not something i can upload to YouTube at all. what am i doing wrong for this is happen?

  YouTube likes h264, so I would recommend using a f4v/flv preset. In my experience that tends to be pretty accurate color wise.
