  Custom Stroke

  Hello Folks…

  I need to create a stroke which is made up of a graphic (client logo) kind of like a ticker tape built from lots of little logos wrapping and animating around a moving object.

  An animating stroke is no problem but any ideas how I can make a custom fill for the stroke?

  I wondered about creating a custom font and using the logo as a character, then generating a string of text which can wrap around my path, do you think this might be the way to go?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  You may be able to use Particular – build a custom sprite w/ your logo.

  Your custom font/text-on-a-path idea is a workable solution, but I think Ted’s suggestion of using a custom particle in a particle system is a better one. Particular, if you have it, CC Particle World if you don’t. Just make the emitter follow the stroke path and set the velocity to nothing.

  Thank you both… I do have Particular and Im sure thats the best way to go…
