I had to scan lots of photos for a project. I placed multiple ones on the bed to go quicker. Is there any program for a Mac that will automatically extract them individually?

You might try Silverfast 8. It’s the best scanning package I’ve found. Totally pro. It has a feature for my Epson flatbed scanner, that allows me to load up many slides in the frame, and it will break them into individual images after the scan. Not sure it will do exactly what you want, but I think it can do what you describe. There is a demo full featured version if I remember right. I don’t have any financial interest in the product.

Problem is I already scanned them. Is there anything that can do this after the fact?
