    How can you copy an account from 1 system to another.
    Acctually, I’m sure that you can, so my question is actually how do you do it.

    I got a new system and I want to keep my desktop setting, the way my dock is setup and all that stuff, Ijust don’t know how to do it.

    Thanks;

    The problem with carbon copy cloner is that you are moving from one machine to a different machine, the older machine will most likely not have the support for the hardware of the new machine.

    If you have not yet set up the new machine simply choose the option when it comes on to migrate from an old machine. If you have set up an account, then use the migration assistant in the utilities folder and that will migrate the users account on the old computer into a new account on the new computer. Sorry you cannot merge two accounts together.

    There are no “technical solutions” to your “artistic problems”.
    Don’t let technology get in the way of your creativity!
