I have been using Carbon Copy Cloner for years to clone/replace hard drives and it has been fantastic. Now I want to replace my MacBook’s 80 GB hard disk with the newly released 2.5″ 160GB SATA Hitachi drive. Problem is, I no longer have one Mac partition, I have two partitions and one of them is Windows. (using bootcamp) I am not sure (doubtful) that Carbon Copy Cloner can clone the Windows partition sucessfully so that Windows will run ok.

Question: How do I clone a Hard Drive with one Mac and One Windows partition? any ideas? workflow of this?

    thanks!

Personally I would not clone the windows volume and the mac volume to the same drive, just because windows, has virus problems… and no sense in risking all your data for ease…
