  Group Staff read and write

  Hello everybody,
  Hope somebody can help.
  Here’s my situation. We have a server 10.3.9. We have an xserve raid that we exchange files. My powerbook is at 10.4.4. When I connect to the server to one of the folders and create a new folder with my account the Group staff is always read only.
  But if I go to a different computer with either 10.4.4 or 10.4.3,log in with the same account on the same folder and create a new folder, Staff becomes read and write. I wanted it to always be read and write on Staff.
  Any suggestions is appreciated.
