    Hi,
    My Powerbook G4 17″ Mac OS X (10.3.8)
gradually becomes unresponsive to the external mouse.
Repaired permissions with safe boot didn’t help. Trashing finder prefs works for a short time. Have been running 10.3.8 and pro video s’ware (FCP DVDSP Motion etc) for a long time.
Tried to boot from Panther install disc (10.3), just will NOT boot from this disc. Apple logo and TINY writing above left of it (too small to read) .
Disk Warrior will boot it BUT skips the first 4 steps.
    Help please.
    Cheers
    Alexander
