  Hi,

  Does anyone know how to make a cool iphone advert like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EtNyRKUYlM are there any tutorials on the subject out there?

  I wanted to use after effects and figured out the background is a still with a video of the app playing on it. but does anyone have any suggestions of how you can line up the hand and how you would film it?

  I have an app in progress (see link below) which has more complex click and drag movements to do.

  You can shoot basic hand/finger gestures on chroma at a higher resolution to be able to have more of the hand in the frame and then position your moves and compensate animating the hand to start and end up where you need it to be. Of course you need to pay attention to lighting so that it matches the background.
