  Canon XF100 and FCP7 – Suddenly stopped working

  I have been uploading XF100 footage to FCP7 for a year and a half with no trouble. Then all of a sudden it no longer works. I even tried to upload older files that I already transcoded but they no longer process…

  I have not made any changes to my system (besides recently upgrading iTunes…), and I tried to reinstall the Canon plugin – but nothing. I get sound but no image – anyone have any thoughts?

  I did recently have to reset my preferences – is it possible I wiped something? (although I think I have done that with no issues since working with the XF footage).
