  Recommend the best low light video camera under $4,000

  Hello,
  I am upgrading from a sony hvr-v1u, and have never owned a Canon camera but hear good things. I am having trouble finding a camera that:

  shoots 60 fps at 1080p
  has excellent low light capabilities
  xlr input
  headphone out
  4:2:2 color space

  I have been considering the XA25, but can anyone recommend any other cameras (any brand) in the $2,500-$4,000 range which have great low light abilities and shoot 60 fps @ 1080? I rarely take still photos so I am leaning away from dslr only because i feel a camera dedicated to video would be better than a camera dedicated to photos, but which also shoot video (is this true?) Also, will a 3 sensor camera always win over a single chip camera? Aaaaaaaand, whats up with backlit sensors? are they ubiquitous now or only in certain cameras and do they add much in the way of light sensitivity?
