  HF S21 video playback

  Hi, we just received a HF S21 refurbished camcorder from Canon to replace our HF S100. We have set up the date, etc. We are trying to playback some video footage previously recorded on our old HF S100 camcorder and our new camcorder does not appear to recognize it. We’ve checked our memory card and it is supposed to be compatible with our new camcorder but we keep getting the message “no scenes”. We know that there is video on the card that we are trying to play. Any ideas why this isn’t working? We appreciate any help! Thanks!
