  Converting 7D movies in MPEG Streamclip

  I downloaded streamclip to convert Canon 7D H.426 movies to Final Cut.
  I have watched a couple tutorials and they suggest using Apple ProRes or XDCAM 1080p as the export options. But on my drop down menu, which is comparatively small, I don’t have these options. Is there something I am missing or is there another option.

  Export to Quicklime then pick the compression codec from that drop down window.
