  Converting 5D files to XDCAM

  Hello everyone,

  I have a bit of an issue here. I need to take my 5D files and down convert them to an NTSC SD file (29.97) then export them to an XDCAM deck or preferably the Sony PDW U1.
  I am working in a mac environment and I am NOT editing these files. Me and my partner were hired to shoot then hand over the raw files on an XDCAM disc ready to edit.
  I would like to avoid using FCPro or any editing solution since we are talking about hours of video footage. BTW is there any way to generate some sort of timecode when it goes to XDCAM Disc?
