  Canon XL2 Log and Capture Problem

  I’ve been trying to capture some footage from my Canon XL2 to my computer using the “Log and Capture” feature of Final Cut Pro. However, for some reason, the tapes appear with gray bars going across the screen. This issue is not with the tapes, when I watch them on my old camera, they appear normal. However, I am only able to capture them to my computer with the Canon XL2. Any idea as to why the bars are appearing and how I can fix this?
