  Repair of Camcorder Canon Optima 20

  Hey all,

  I have an Optura 20 to be fized… I called Canon Tech Support and according to them there is no places I can go in New York City Area, where I live, to bring my camcorder to be repaired… which sounds weird to me… they instruct me to ship the camera somewhere in New Jersey, with a letter in which i explain the problem, and I have just to wait for them to call or e-mail me… is simply crazy…

  anyone has any suggestion?

  I just need a shop in New York where I can go and talk to people…

  I had my HV20 fixed at Canon Factory service in Irvine CA. There is a Canon factory service in your area. Google it.
  They charged me $157 and fixed everything for one fixed price. They are good. Call them and discuss the details. If your camera is under warraty they will fixed it free if you have the purchase receipt.
