After Effects Error: Bad Tracked Memory ID
Posted by Randy Burleson on September 27, 2010 at 4:08 pmI am getting this AE error: After Effects Error: Bad Tracked Memory ID (23::34)
Does anyone know what this means or how to fix the problem?
It keeps crashing AE and I am not sure what to do to fix this.

September 27, 2010 at 7:21 pmFrom Mylenium’s AE Error Code Database:
Message interpretation:
An internal allocation process resulted in a faulty request for memory from an area not currently controlled by After Effects.Possible causes:
Seems to be related to handling compressed media. CoDecs may use fixed memory areas to store there compression algorithms which may then end up outside the reach of the host program. What sort of video files are you using? You might try converting them to lossless Quicktime or AVI files.
