  Can the HV20 output its lcd timecode over composite out?

  I am deciding on the hv20 or a sony hc-3 but leaning towards the canon.

  but one thing I have to have is the ability to output the lcd screen overlay (timecode specifically) from the composite or dv output of the camera in downconverting mode.
