    Hi!

Ok, here’s the thing. I need to render a few things out from After Effects with Alpha.

The client cannot premultiply when importing in their system, so I have to go with Straight alpha. What do I need to do in order for this to look right? We have the background that they will use.

If i put black as my default background color and export the clip, it will get way to dark when i’ts imported with a straight alpha channel. Isn’t there a way to export it to get the alpha to look the exact same way when importing it to straight, as it would look if it was imported as premultiply with black?

Oops, forgot that you can choose “straight” when you export. Problem solved.
