  What format to use on PD 150 if playing back on Canon XL1?

  I will be shooting a three camera set up using Sony PD 150’s and PD170 but I will digitise the tapes into my matrox digisuite using my Canon XL1. Which setting should I use on the Sony’s the DVCAM or DVSP? I have found in the passed that my Canon ‘scrolls’ the tapes shot on the Sony’s and I heard it was because of the Dvcam setting. Can anyone help in this regard.

  Do not use the DVCam setting unless you have a DVCam player, which the XL-1 is not.
