Is there any reason to use dual layer DVDs for a 90 minute program.
I’m trying to help out a non profit whose producer got Sick and had to bow out.
Shot in 1980 progressive
Edited in premiere and authored in encore
First I had to fix a wildly fluctuating audio level and fix other audio issues.Once done I replaced media and burned a new dual layer DvD which was about 6 GB.
They had a glass master made and it has fast forward and rewind problems.
I made an ISO file and used fit to disc on a single layer DVD with toast titanium and the issues are gone.
Any reason to try to fix the dual layer if the single layer works fine? Is it bad advice to have the client go this route?
Will the quality be much better?
