  Trouble with a 3d camera

  well i add a new camera onto my layer, turn my solids and everythign into 3d but in this particular project having some random trouble with the camera, i cant rotate it in 3d and when i move my 3d layers around they dont seem to move much in 3d space, any help is very appreciated
