  need to extract subtitles for transfer to a new DVD

  Client provided a DVD with subtitles, but with incorrect audio sync(like 4 seconds off…), and asked me to fix the sync and reapply the subtitles. Is there a way to extract the subtitles from the original DVD so they can be re-applied to the new synced DVD?

  There is a free program out there called ‘SubRip’.
