  Compressor to DVDSP

  I edited an FCP sequence at 23.98 FPS, set a custom compressor setting to change bit rate, also set to 23.98 fps, is there anywhere in DVDSP setup that I need to indicate the 23.98 frame rate? When I import the asset, it is sayiny its a 29.97 track.
