  DVD dubbed to VHS with a tuner?

  Is there such a thing as a normal set top DVD recorder / VHS combo with a tuner?

  We’re looking for something that will let us dub our VHS training tapes to DVD , and our DVD training tapes to VHS for those few people that still request VHS copies.

  There are combo units at any WalMart/Best Buy.
