  Making text reflect off of water

  How can I make a title that can reflect off of an actual lake?

  I want to make a title floating over some footage of the lake, and the reflection would have to ripple with the actual waves. Is this possible?

  One way to do it is to use the footage of the lake as a displacement map for an upside down flipped text layer. You may need to turn the lake footage b&w and play with levels to get the desired effect.
