  How to move an edit point in the video track without affecting the audio?

  Let’s say there is a video with stereo audio. At one point, an unrelated video clip was inserted in the middle. What’s the best way to roll the edit point back a frame without affecting the audio?

  I tried using the Overwrite Edit tool. I unselected all tracks except V1, but it still affected the audio. Also, I’d rather use the keyboard to move the edit point frame-by-frame. Is that possible?
