  Weird bug in new MC

  Hello! Anyone else encounter this very weird issue with new Media Composer (2019.8.0) …..reverse does not work! I am guessing a bug with my install, or else I would be able to find info on this online. I tried different keyboard, so that is not the issue. I also tried remapping the button. Reverse does not even work with active palette on command palette. In my frustration I trashed settings and now my project is greyed out. Ideas? I am running MC on Mac Pro 10.13.6. Thank you in advance.

  update: i did get the project open, but trashing the settings did not solve reverse button issue.
