  Troubleshooting and odd cursor ocurrance

  Has anyone encountered an odd problem with AVID MC (vers. 8.8.3 Mac), whereby the cursor automatically activates any bin it passes over without the usual “clicking” on the bin to activate it. I could be playing a clip
  from a bin in the source window and when I glide the cursor over to my left display monitor it will highlight any bin that it comes in contact with and stop the source window from playing, all without clicking on it.
