  Unable to find the program data directory

  Hi,

  I moved Avid from my previous computer (I don’t remember which version of windows it was) to an hard desk and then to my new win10 but when I’m trying to open Avid the error message ‘Unable to find the program data directory. The program will now close’ appears.

  you tried to physically move the parts from one hard drive to another?
  why?

  just install it in the new computer.
