  two videos playing interframe

  Hello guys, im new here, my name is Luima, i am a 3d animator/modeler.
  i am using after effects cs3, i want to merge two videos,they are frames secuences, one is called L001 etc, the other r001.etc about after effects, i want to merge them for stereoscopic output, i mean i want frameR01 then frameL01 then frameR02 then framel02 and so. is this possible with after effects?

  a really easy way to do this is apply stylize strobe light to top layer
  strobe duration 1/comp fps
  strobe period 2/comp fps
  strobe make layer transparent

  interpret second layer fps / 2

  now the top will show every other frame and the bottom will show each frame and not be skipped over

  interpret 1st layer fps / 2 too. This should use each frame without skipping either from each comp. I hope I understood you correctly.
