  Anyone know where I could get this animation?

  I’m looking for an animation (preferable a video I could easily insert and overlap) that has an effect of a construction wrecking ball coming from the viewers POV and flying out.

  I know it’s a strange request, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt it ask

  Hi Seth –

  My first suggestion would be to find a stock photo of a wrecking ball (I looked on Artbeats for wrecking ball footage, but no dice) and then animation the POV move. Since it’s going away from the viewer, there should be no problem with the move looking fake.

  The other option would be to do it in 3D, which wouldn’t take a whole lot of time. Modeling the ball (which these days seems to be a sort of pear shaped concrete thing) would be easy, and the move would be a snap.
