Download and install the Alexa AMA plugin. Then access the footage via AMA. Then transcode.

The only ArriRAW plug-in I know if is the one from GlueTools at:
    https://www.gluetools.com/downloads_avid_arriraw.html

I don’t believe Arri ever made an AMA plug-in for Media Composer for RAW files, only for MXF/DNxHD recorded files on the Arri Alexa. If you don’t want to do it directly in Media Composer, you can make DNxHD in DaVinci Resolve for free with the Lite version.

Or MetaFuze. But I’d go with Resolve.

Sorry for the bad advice. I thought Avid dealt with Alexa raw footage via AMA. My mistake.

Easy one to make as there was a RAW plug-in available, but was for Avid DS and by extension MetaFuze. So there was one for AVID, just not for Media Composer or Symphony.
