  avid pen and zoom problem

  Hi,

  I upgrade the symphony to 6.5.4 and

  Avid Pen and Zoom not import and jpg/PSD/tiff files

  all the time i see black and not the pictuers that i want to import

  i install the avid 6.5.4 again and the same result.

  i have upgrade from 6.5.2 ( that was work good )

  i allso have tested trail 7.0.2 and the same problem like the 6.5.4

  what can be the problem

  what can i fix

  i have win7 64bit 12gb delink4k
