  “Unexpected error”

  Hey This may seem like a very elementary issue, but whenever I try to import a quicktime I downloaded from vimeo (It’s from a friend, there’s no copyright issues) into Avid Media Composer six it tells there’s an “unexpected error” and it imports the file, but it’s all black frames.
