  How to do a asymmetrical trim?

  I go into trim mode and when I click on one side, nothing happens. I’m using MC6.

  Thanks for the link. But, that shows you how to do it on FCP. I’ve been trying to do it on Avid.

  I just “shift” select the side of the cut on all the events in the timeline on the side I want to trim from. Then JKL or drag as needed.

  Is there any more footage on the other side of that trim, or have you reached the end of the material?
